We recommend booking via WhatsApp to guarantee your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability — especially on weekends and evenings when our studios are busiest.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as the slot could have been offered to another client.

Yes! We offer wash & blow dry, cornrows, and plaits for children. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, contactless payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We want to make payment as convenient as possible for you.

Yes! We offer bridal packages that include the bride, bridesmaids, and other members of the wedding party. We can also arrange on-location services with a travel fee. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

Our Lewisham studio offers all 12 services, including nails, body massage, and special offers combos. Our Deptford studio offers 10 services — nails and massage are currently only available at the Lewisham location.
