Yes, you can request a specific team member when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You can do this by calling, WhatsApp messaging, or using the online platform you booked through.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or deposit forfeiture.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% of the service cost

  • No-show = 100% of the service cost

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Do you require deposits?

Yes, we require non-refundable deposits for:

  • Bridal or group appointments

  • Peak hours and weekends

Deposits are deducted from your final total and can be transferred once with proper notice.

What hair types do you work with?

We specialise in Afro-Caribbean, mixed-texture, curly, relaxed, and natural hair, but also work confidently with European and Asian hair types.

Yes. For braiding, weaving, or installation services, please come with clean, dry, and detangled hair.

If you would like us to wash and prep your hair, let us know when booking — this can be added for an extra charge.

  • Single plaits: Individual braids done with or without extensions.

  • Single twists: Two-strand twist technique, softer texture.

  • Ghana braids: Sleek cornrows that use a feed-in method to create thick-to-thin designs.

If unsure, we can show you visual references during consultation.

  • Cornrows: 2–3 weeks

  • Box braids/twists: 4–6 weeks

  • Ghana braids: 2–4 weeks

  • Crochet styles: 4–6 weeks

Proper maintenance and a satin bonnet help extend the life of your style.

Yes! We offer safe removal of braids, extensions, and wigs, including washing, detangling, and deep conditioning. Please book this in advance as it requires extra time.

Do you make custom wigs?

Yes. We offer made-to-measure wigs, including closure, frontal, and 360 lace units.

You can bring your own hair or buy high-quality bundles from us (Brazilian, Peruvian, etc.).

You can order in person or online. For custom orders, we require:

  • Style and texture preference
  • Closure/frontal type
  • Deposit (usually 50%)
  • Completion takes 3–7 days depending on complexity.
