These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, appointments, and online content offered by Nadia Hair & Beauty Studio, including through our website https://nadiahairbeauty.com, our physical salon at 172 Deptford High Street, and affiliated booking platforms. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policies.

We are a full-service beauty and aesthetics studio providing hair, skin, body, and beauty treatments using professional-grade equipment and products.
2. Appointment Booking
- Appointments may be booked online, in-person, via phone, or through third-party platforms such as Treatwell.
- Accurate client information (name, contact, service type) is required to secure bookings.
- A confirmation message (SMS/email) will be sent upon booking. If you do not receive this, your appointment is not confirmed.
- Some treatments may require a consultation and patch test before the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if there is incomplete or misleading information, inappropriate conduct, or non-compliance with policies.
3. Consultation & Patch Testing
- For certain services such as hair colouring, laser, skin treatments, tinting, and aesthetics, a consultation and/or patch test is mandatory at least 24–48 hours prior to the service.
- If you do not complete the patch test or disclose relevant medical conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment on safety grounds.
- All consultations are conducted by qualified professionals and kept confidential.
4. Deposits, Prepayments & Cancellations
Deposits:
- Some appointments require a non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) to confirm.
- Deposits are applied toward your total balance and can be transferred once if rescheduled with proper notice.
Cancellations:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a 50–100% cancellation charge depending on the service and staff allocation.
- No-shows will result in the full fee being charged and future appointments requiring full prepayment.
5. Late Arrivals
- We ask clients to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure timely check-in.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel the appointment and charge applicable cancellation fees.
6. Payments
- We accept cash, card, and secure online payments.
- Full payment is required at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
- All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT, if applicable.
- Prices may change without notice, but will not affect confirmed appointments.
7. Health, Allergies & Medical Disclosure
You must inform us of:
- Allergies or skin sensitivities
- Current medications or medical treatments
- Pregnancy or recent surgeries
- Any other health conditions that may impact your treatment
We will not be liable for any adverse reaction if relevant health information was withheld at the time of consultation or service.
8. Service Guarantee & Complaints
We are committed to customer satisfaction.
- If you’re unhappy with a service, please notify us within 48 hours.
- We do not offer refunds for services already rendered but may offer adjustments or redo treatments at our discretion.
- Any complaints raised after 48 hours may not be honoured unless exceptional circumstances apply.
9. Retail Products & Returns
- Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.
- We do not accept returns on used/opened products, skincare, or cosmetic items unless defective.
10. Gift Vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Vouchers must be presented when booking or checking out.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
11. Promotions & Offers
- Promotions are valid for a limited period and subject to availability.
- Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
12. Children & Minors
- Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Some treatments (such as advanced aesthetics) are restricted to clients aged 18+.
- For health and safety reasons, unsupervised children are not permitted in treatment rooms or salon areas.
13. Conduct & Safety
We maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal and refusal of future services.
- Personal belongings are your responsibility; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
14. Aesthetic & Advanced Services (If applicable)
- Clients receiving advanced treatments (e.g., microneedling, dermaplaning, mesotherapy, chemical peels) must sign a medical consent form.
- Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and compliance with aftercare.
- We offer pre-treatment guidance and post-treatment aftercare, which must be followed to avoid complications.
15. Courses, Packages & Installments (If offered)
- Prepaid courses/packages must be completed within the specified validity period.
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments within a package may be forfeited.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced unless medically advised.
16. Website, Social Media & Content
- Our website content (text, images, designs) is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.
- By tagging or sharing content with us on social media, you grant permission for reposting unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We may display photographs or testimonials (with consent) for marketing purposes.
17. Privacy & Data Protection

18. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions if patch tests or disclosures were declined
- Adverse outcomes due to misinformation provided
- Items lost or damaged in the salon
- Results that vary based on individual skin/hair response
We carry appropriate insurance and ensure all services are performed by qualified professionals.
19. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website, and your continued use of services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
